Meet Katlyn, Founder of Symmetry
Hi, I’m Katlyn, founder of Symmetry and the person who will be in your corner, working behind the scenes to bring more clarity, ease, and organization into your business, work, and life. I’m so glad you’re here!
For more than a decade, I’ve lived in the world of operations. I’ve managed teams, built systems from the ground up, streamlined workflows, and supported leaders across a wide range of industries. My background in business operations has taught me two important truths: structure creates freedom, and the right support changes everything.
Over the years, I’ve helped founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals bring order to the parts of their lives and businesses that felt overwhelming. From refining systems, improving communication, and establishing strong operational foundations to balancing daily routines and managing personal responsibilities, I’ve seen firsthand how much lighter life becomes when the behind-the-scenes finally works.
Symmetry was created from the belief that people deserve support not only in their work, but in the whole of their lives. I wanted to build a place where someone could come for operational strategy, executive life organization, personal routines, or all three, and know they weren’t doing it alone. My goal is simple: to help you focus on what matters most by simplifying what’s happening behind the scenes.
On a more personal note, I’m someone who genuinely loves organization, routines, systems, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges. I’m a mom to a busy toddler, a dog mom, and someone who finds peace in long walks, early mornings, yoga, and keeping life as clutter-free as possible. I understand what it means to juggle ambition, family, responsibilities, and the desire for a life that feels grounded. My own rhythms inspire the work I do, creating structure that supports your goals without adding more to your plate.
Whether I’m helping a founder scale their business, guiding a professional toward calmer daily flow, or supporting a family behind the scenes, my philosophy stays the same: organization is a form of care. It creates space, reduces stress, and allows you to show up as the person you want to be in your business, your work, and your home.
If you’re ready to feel more supported, more focused, and more aligned, I’d love to work with you.
